About Him
Prior to receiving licenses in Architecture, Construction, and Interior Design, Himanshu graduated from the Illinois Institute of Technology with a Master’s degree in architecture. His preliminary vision involves quality growth for network companies, partnerships, and investments. Himanshu’s business philosophy is to create wholesome experiences for partners, investors, clients, and business associates by maximizing communication and focusing on integrity. He is responsible for real estate development strategies, site selection and evaluation, real estate purchase and sales negotiations, annexation, and zoning approvals. He is also accountable for the organization of investor groups, financing, and TIFF approvals. Himanshu brings 30 years of experience in the design and construction of buildings to the organization. He superintends the architectural and engineering design process, construction budgeting, and the scheduling of projects.
